Like many others in this forum, I also have not been able to redeem the offer for a Samsung TV when bought a Galaxy S23 ultra in November and upgraded my telephone plan. Tried once via Chat and twice speaking to Verizon reps on the phone and they just can't fulfill Verizon promise. Every time they ask you to explain the whole thing to them and is just such a lack of respect to their loyal customers.
It feels like we have been fooled.
I am filing a complaint, returning the phone and ask to go back to my previous plan due to their false offers.
Does anyone knows where to file such complaint in Verizon?
