Verizon includes the price you already pay for data and then charges you the difference between that an a 5gb aircard price ($59.99). Example. If you have the $29.99 data plan you would be paying $30 for the tethering feature and still get a 5GB allotment. So if you're on $44.99 you would only be charged $15 and get the 5GB limit. There is a hard cap and any MB's over are $.05/mb.
