Apple One Stuck Pending for several days.

I’ve been trying to add Apple One family to my account for several days and it’s just stuck in pending.
I’ve gone round and round with customer service for hours over the last 4 or 5 days and they can’t seem to figure it out.

Anyone ever figure this out? I’ve seen a lot of posts about this same issue but no good solutions.

Well after working on this for a week I give up. I called Verizon every day and spent between 30 minutes to up to 2 hours on the phone with them and they could not figure it out. Super disappointed and frustrated with this entire process. If anyone sees this and you are having the same issue just move on. There is obviously a problem somewhere in Verizons system and there support team has no idea how to fix it.

Just for complete transparency, They did not help me.

responding to these people in private messages to takes you into the same "technical support" loop and they don't know how to help.

I really have to say that I've been a customer with Verizon for over 15 years and this has to be the most frustrating experience I've ever had with them.

I am also dealing with the same thing , customer nor tech support were any help what so ever. I have restarted my phone , deleted Verizon app and redownloaded, signed out and back into my Apple ID and nothing works at all. This is all it keeps saying and I cant undo the apple one to try and redo it as it’s stuck on pending.

A couple of suggestions:

1) Did you use to have an older plan like 5G [something] and then switched to one of the current unlimited plans? If so, you need to try removing the Apple One from your account and putting it back on. Or someone at Verizon needs to remove the old Apple One legacy subscription on their side.

2) Check that your payment method hasn't changed or if you just got a new credit or debit card which is the payment method, remove that payment method from your account and put it back with the current information. Verizon's system doesn't automatically keep up with expiration date and CVV number changes any time you get a new card.

3) If you had Apple One independently through Apple before, then the hitch may be coming from your original subscription via Apple. Someone reported recently that they had to get an Apple support person to remove their first subscription and then the Verizon one worked.

I'm so sorry to see that you're still experiencing this issue! Did you have an existing Apple One or any other Apple services subscription prior to enrolling in the Apple One perk?

I’m running into the same issue. Was yours ever resolved. I went through this with the Disney bundle it took almost a year to get this fixed. Honestly it’s frustrating. I’m not waiting another year to get this going and might be the reason I switch carriers. It’s getting too expensive

They won’t call customer service, if you don’t get an answer from that call cancel it. It’s a waste of time

Verizon customer service I know you read everything we write 30 minutes to two hours for a service we pay for we pay it’s not a free service and you have competition out there.

We have five more than you and hate to say it but it won’t get better you will be happy fix the problem and either the next month bill is wrong or what you were promised isn’t exactly what you get. I love the cell service but I have to get rid of home and I think mobile. The loyalty isn’t valued like it once was.
