I signed up for Verizons fios home internet holiday promo and after 14 days claimed the Xbox series S that was promoted. After claiming I received an email with an order number and confirmation of the order being placed. The email stated I would receive another email when Xbox has shipped it has been 21 days since and I have yet to receive the xbox or the shipping confirmation email.
