Jan 10th 2025 I mailed back my trade in with the provided Verizon label and box. Tracking stopped on the 17th and now seems to be lost. UPS won't do anything because they need Verizon to handle it as it is their label. No one is helping me and I cannot pay for a new phone. Is this how Verizon operates? I better not lose my promo credit for something not my fault.
