I was talked into signing up for Fios by a salesperson who came to my house to sell me something. He said that I would get a $25 discount every month if I had a Verizon mobile number, no matter what type of contract I had, so I signed up, but in fact my mobile contract was a business contract, so I didn't get that discount.
I contacted him several times after that, but he completely ignored me. This is like a fraud.
