I had 5-6 saved voicemails from my mother (who has subsequently passed away). When I upgraded my phone, those saved voicemails were not transferred. I contacted VZW immediately and was told that it was a "glitch"in their network and the voicemails would be restored. They weren't. I have contacted VZW multiple times, had multiple tickets placed, and each time the representative tells me they can see the voicemails and they can be restored, and they haven't been. I have been a vzw customer for 20+ years and am incredibly disappointed with how this has been addressed. Have others had this problem and how were you able to get it resolved?
