Happens when I dial both the 7 digit version of the number as well as the full 10 digit. It's my place of work... a massive company in the USA, so I know they are in business and the number is accurate. I also know that I am not blocking the number, nor is my office blocking my number.
Verizon, you need to provide MUCH BETTER responses than that useless message I am currently getting. You need to say WHY your system cannot complete the message as dialed.
Verizon also needs a much better forum setup as there are no good options for where to place this issue.
