I just had a horrible experience with the rebate center. You ask questions about the fact that Verizon has not processed my rebate yet (it was due before Jan 12).
I was forwarded to this dead-end call center in India where a man just kept shouting terms and conditions and refused to answer any questions. The place they send you when the help center can't actually help you.
If my payment to Verizon was late, I would get all sorts of penalty fees. But when they actually drag their feet and do not pay me, I get brushed off.
My first two months with Verizon, and I'm already trapped in a sad corporate labyrinth.
