I have an iphone8 and have been on Chat with 2 Verizon agents who say my phone is unlocked. However it still shows Carrier Lock SIM Locked. I went to a Verizon store and they said unlock was pending and to call customer support. I call *611 and they said it was unlocked and must have unlocked on my ride home. After their requested reboot, still shows locked. I am changing service and this has been going on for 3 days now.
Anyone know how to resolve this?
