I have been with Verizon for more than 5yrs. I went home to my country way back in April of 2024. I set up my supposedly international plan one time only. Representative added International recurring plan WITHOUT MY CONSENT, and KNOWLEDGE. I didn't get to notice my bill not until December 2024 when I had the chance to review my bills why I pay so much every month. I am a full time nurse and barely get track of anything. I see a bill, I pay it off. Mind you, this is not the 1st time I went home to my country so I have confidence with verizon they will do the same thing before, no charges after the month of April/May. But nope!!! I was Totally wrong. They charged me $100/monthly for this international recurring plan and they blame me as customer for not checking my bill. Called them numerous times to give me my money back that they took but they put me on hold, then DISCONNECTED me and transfer to another line, financial department who is CLUELESS of what is going on. I was stressed out. RUN AROUND for 2months guys. One agent even LIED that I called Philippines a bunch of times just to justify my charges are valid! They promised they will credit the $1000 they owe me but to the point my line is about to be disconnected. It's okay. Keep my money. I should've switched long time ago. IT IS NOT A VALID CHARGE IF THE CUSTOMER DIDN'T GIVE YOU GUYS CONSENT.
