So here it is about into February and no visa gift card that I was promised which was the end of September. Verizon do better! Help would be appreciated to figure this out!

Don't even bother asking them.... You'll get the same run around and same promises... I'm sure this can be considered false advertisement in some way or another.
Here is the solution that worked for me today.
1. Go to https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/2. Enter promo code cartoffer2024 and the order date, click continue3. Enter your email address (twice), click send, and follow the rest of the stepsAt the end, Verizon will provide a tracking number for checking the status here: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/track/
