Hi there sssuper12! We always want to make sure that you get the promised promotions. Can you tell me the steps you went through redeem the promo and the date that you redeemed it? Also, what was the date that you switched your services to Verizon?

Other than $200 gift card mentioned on my receipt I got nothing. No email or how to redeem it. I believe I switched on Jan 13th.
