Ordered an Xbox through Verizon and returned it within 12 days. It’s been a terrible experience trying to get a refund for the item. Apparently item was never received to correct return location even though it had their return label on it only. Once located, they still denied my refund. Not till after threatening legal action and receiving communication from a supervisor via a representative, they credited my account but wouldn’t issue a refund . I don’t get it. Only been with Verizon just over two years but after this experience in think it’s time to switch back to AT&T or look elsewhere. My family has Verizon and convinced me to move over now I have to convince them to drop Verizon as well.
