Had Verizon visa for a year now and this year they lowerd my credit limit from 3000$ to 300$ without notice they claim they send a card but I never got it and they also couldn't find it in there system. I used this card for auto pay every month my bill usally being 280$ idd pay off every month never got over 300$ and they never charged me interest since it was always paid off than the beginning of this year when I was thinking of getting a new phone they go ahead and lower my credit limit to 300$ never has this happen I have many credit cards and I'm always paying on time never going over 30% they can't even explain why they did it other than my credit score with was perfect untill they decided to lower my limit I'm so angry I will be getting rid of this card and as soon as my other phones are paid off I will be leaving Verizon also never again nothing but the worst with this company
