I migrated 4 lines to Verizon on Jan 7th, 2025. As part of the promo I'm supposed to receive a $300 gift card which I submitted for via https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/ but I was denied. Please help!
Thank you for the details el27. We will send you a private message to further assist.

Do you have a submission ID or a promo code by any chance?
Promo code 300CARTOFFER24
Tracking # 1075329985
They did this to me too as a Black Friday promotion. Then never sent me an email. I called customer service and they said it was a mistake and submitted the promotion for me, just for them to deny it. Almost feels like they don’t care to follow through on promotions because they got us into a 3 year contract we can’t get out of. I’m not happy, let me know if they actually help fix this. They will probably say they will, then submit it for it to be denied again 4 months later.
I have same issue and i think its just to lure the customer to sign up 3 years contract. Once you sign the contract , you're stuck. Its unethical to mislead people. Its verizon's mistake because they are unclear with their terms and you are the one who has to pay for ( 3 Years )
Hello PeerzadaShah. We want you to get the giftcard you are promised. I am sending you a private message so that we may further investigate.

Literally the same issue on my end. I was promised by the agent $100 gift card for the each of the 2 lines that I ported over (total: $200) in November. And promised to waive the cancellation fee. Every time I called they said to give it a few billing cycles for it to reflect. Just spent 2 hours on the phone with them, they said they were unable to find the promotion and that they can’t waive the cancellation fee fully anymore?! It’s crazy that I was lied to in order to sign the contract as long as I did it “through the agent” I feel cheated and believe the marketing was completely deceptive. The agent opened an online ticket - MR-897082687-W01 at the end of the call and it’s been forced to close twice and my issue is still not resolved. Ridiculous customer support from verizon - especially given that you have the information.
I am having the same issue. I signed up in December with the $300 gift card promotion. I called this past Thursday and was told they 'sent it to me but it bounced back'i confirmed my email, they said I will have it by Monday. I do not have anything. Not the person on the phone is saying I have to wait another 8 weeks and that they will only send $200.
We're sorry to read about the issue with your gift card. We're here to help. Is the offer for a new line? ~Pete
We are still with you, and wanted to see if you still needed assistance. If so, please let us know, we would love to help.

I have the exact same issue. Purchased a new line and iPhone on Verizon and was promised a $300 Gift Card. Gift card was denied with no explanation why. After repeated calls with Verizon support, a trip to the store, and two promises I would be escalated and contacted, I still have not heard from them nor have I received a gift card. The customer service has been horrible. Repeatedly have to explain the same details over and over to every rep I have spoken to. If nothing else, at least I know I am not alone in being devalued as a customer. Was anyone able to receive a resolution?
We never want to hear about a customer missing out on a promotion. I'm happy to help with anything I can. Sending a private note now

Chat service is the worst customer service i have ever experienced! They lie and then they just end the chat and you have to explain the issue all over again to another agent. Same issue 300 gift card denied, now agent stated offer ended in 12/24. And my gift card for 3 lines denied !
In Nov’24 I was offered $300 GiftCard if I ported out from TMoble to Verizon, took one of their highest paying plans and bought the IPhone 16 pro max with 3 years lock-in.
I fulfilled all the above criterion and signed the contract with Verizon. However, the $300 gift card has been consistently denied with no reason stated upfront.
I have been calling the customer support every other month and they keep putting in a new request leading to denials. Latest they offered me only $150 adjustment to my billing but not a gift card. And no real explanation for not honoring their $300 gift card.
I am disappointed in Verizon’s customer services resolution:
- the innumerable hours with customer service explaining my issue over and over again. They keep transferring calls, putting on hold, do not provide resolution and insist on giving them great ratings after the call
- false promises by the agent who sold me the phone (that I would be provided $300 gift card)
- incorrect advise by their technical expert resulting in the increase of my monthly billing when on international travel (they advised me to switch-on international roaming, so that I could use WiFi and confirmed that the international roaming was included in my plan). Alas, my billing increased and they would not reverse it even after numerous calls
I started my association with Verizon by being their FiOS customer through my company account. I liked their customer service and product. After a year or two I gathered the courage to switch my mobile connection from TMobile to Verizon, while continuing to be their FiOS customer even today.
Verizon, you seem to be losing face value, brand image, word of mouth and trust from your loyal customers.
Your loyalty means the world to us and we are concerned to learn about your recent experience. We'd like to review your situation a little closer. I'll be sendin you a Private Message, please reply to it, so we can get started.

Thanks for reaching out, Maria. Have responded to the PM.
Just so everyone is aware and on the same page, customer service rep just repeated what I heard 2/3 days back. And mentioned the issue has been escalated to the leadership.
But no resolution to the $300 gift card issue. No rectifying the wrong sale made by the Verizon agent. and now, no response to if/how this issue can be escalated.
Can't believe this is another dead end!
I’m having the same issue, which is a shame because I was hoping to use it towards upgrading another line early. We have 7 lines total, and have been loyal customers for nearly a decade now. Very disappointed that they denied the offer I was entitled to.
Ensuring our customers get every promotion that they qualify for is priority. We will send you a private message to look into this issue with you.

same here... Disgusted with their customer service and stuck for 3 years!
Hello Zanna64. We want to make sure you receive the promo that you qualify for. I will be sending you a private message.
I’m having a similar issue regarding a deal from Black Friday. I don’t think I ever received an email about applying to receive a gift card. I realized tonight I had a problem and contacted support. Support has said they had no offer involving gift cards on Black Friday.
We would be happy to look further into any Black Friday promotions you would have qualified for, what kind of purchase qualified you for the promotion you're looking for?
They just did the same thing to me. Got me to sign up for a plan, then denyed it. Last time Verizon.
Did you end up receiving it? I’m dealing with the same issue with Verizon. I’ve been a customer for 2 years with 7 lines. I purchased my last line and iPhone on June 1, and my submission has been pending since July. I’ve been on the phone with customer service countless times, and every representative tells me something completely different, but no one actually resolves the problem

I can tell you this Verizon you owe me two 300$ gift cards for your promotion to switch from prepaid to welcome unlimited plan and be a new user of Verizon no trade In required to receive them. I switched me and my mom to post plans for this promotion and I spoke with over 50 agents 20 of them supervisors and recent two supervisors hung up on me which is illegal and the third one trying to say I might not get them. I guarantee I will get the 600$. I been on the phone enough credit my account.
We want you to get any promotion that you qualify for and will be sending you a private note to assist. -James
I already submitted the claim, but it has been stuck in ‘pending for validation’ for over a month
I'm currently fighting them to get my $200 promo for buying a smartwatch to them with no help since July 19th I have been unable to get it redeemed for an Amazon gift card they keep putting out a ticket every time I call when the time has it lasts they keep telling me you have to wait 72 hours 72 hours they keep delay delayed delayed and when I tell him I'm fed up and I'm going to go with T-Mobile their response is good luck with that you're in a contract with us and I told him their deal is pretty sweet they're going to pay off what I owe and give me a brand new Samsung ultra I'm seriously considered doing that after I get my money and after I get my JBL speaker which surprisingly not is out of stock this is a big problem I've been finding out with Verizon I never should have left T-Mobile
Rebate processing can take up to 8 weeks. We will send you a DM to make sure all the required information has been received.
