I just spent over 20 calls (which is one of the worst experiences in my life dealing with) on a separate issue just to run into this one?
I waited 30 days after upgrading and activating both lines and upgrading to the Unlimited Unlimited plans in order to get the promo and it's not even available?
I used to love Verizon until I had an issue with my cell service, calling into the support number over 15 times, getting the wrong info, transferred to the wrong dept, hung up on, and worse of all being lied to.
Please, if someone is reading this, make sure you just go into a store so you know who to go back to if something goes wrong or better yet, maybe just don't do it at all.
