I recently switched from AT&T bcuz I was under the impression that would get $650 Visa Gift Card to pay off my 15ProMax by turning in my phone, well I turned in my phone today and the lady instead gave me $650 towards the 16+ I have with y’all, when I told her that it wasn’t right that I needed the gift card to pay off the other phone she was very rude with me…asked me who told me that? And when I told her who had helped me she says well she’ll be here tomorrow come back then? When I left there I called 611 and the guy on the other end tried helping me out as much as he could but said that I would have to go back to the store that I turned the phone into to get them to fix the credit but at this point I don’t even want to deal with that lady bcuz I think she’s the manager of that store…now I’m left having to pay for two phones two separate bills and only have 1 phone…and nobody can help me…starting off with y’all has been a disaster…recently I JUST paid the bill but get a message that my phone is will be disconnected at midnight if I don’t pay a past due balance of $35? And when I asked the lady about that today she couldn’t tell me why I had an over due balance? I probably should have just stayed with AT&T?
