I have been with Verizon for 8+ years and the sale tactics recently are unethical and need to be reviewed by the BBB. Multiple times I have had an Verizon store and the Verizon online adding services to my phones without my authorization. I had one plan and after many years my discounts were decreased, when I called Verizon I was told my discounts would be restored if I upgrade my plan. They said the new plan would also save me money. Well after I added Disney back to my plan I’m paying more, what a surprise. I was also told the plan i choose, I could get $1000 towards a iPhone 16 pro max. The following month I called back to upgrade two phones only to be told that I need to upgrade my plan again at a higher price to upgrade to a iPhone 16 pro max. My bill is constantly changing without any value added. Four of the six phones on account are paid off and the remaining two will be paid off soon, then it will be time to switch to a new carrier.
