I've had LTE service for approximately 3 years. Saturday, Feb 8, my internet service stopped which also meant I could not make calls for over 30 hours. The outage was reported on the 8th and continued through until the 10th. I tried contacting Verizon during brief minutes long uptime, but was hung up on repeatedly, even when once customer support called back got through and hung up on me again. This continued even after they quit answering the phone at 9 PM on the 9th. At this point we missed the Super Bowl and Halftime show. Both were once in a lifetime events. No one called on the 10th to verify that my service was restored which one representative that I talked to said would happen as soon as the issue was fixed. No call. I had to call and complain and was offered barely anything compared to missing the Superbowl, Halftime show and having an extremely mad spouse at my neck for having this bad service. I have limited mobility so leaving to find somewhere to watch these once in a lifetime events was not possible. So I'm out the lifetime experience and accepted an inadequate offer as compensation. I do not feel valued as a customer for over 30 hours of NO service and being continually hung up on by Verizon representatives until their shift ended at 9 PM and they couldnt care less about us during a lifetime event that was taken from us.
