Just wasted 35 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative. I switched 4 lines from T-mobile and was promised a $200 gift card after 3 months of paid service. Nothing came no promo code or links. Just got off the phone with a representative and she first send me a link to redeem than tells me too late and I am out of luck.
So buyer beware!! empty promise. So it's back to T-mobile as soon as I right promo code comes or my contact ends.
Also Verizon speeds are slower In my area significantly
Verizon spam filter works extremely poorly, I down loaded their app but I am still getting 6-7 calls a day. There is a subscription $3.99 a month per phone. T-mobile is better and it's free one is much more robust and even when I did not activate it I was getting less spam. Look online I not sure why but Verizon can't filter spam like T-mobile. Not sure why but is really really annoying.
Save a few dollars with Verizon but pay for it on the back end. Your choice I made the wrong one.
