I've been lied, Verizon made me trade in my 2 iPhone 10 and stated they're having a promotional discount if I trade in the 2 phones for iPhone 15. I did, I made it clear by stating, "Do I need to make payment on these 2 devices. The representative said no. We will give a trade-in credit of $ 23 with some cents on each of the iPhones. I asked again. If I want to go to a different carrier, do I need to pay a buyout for these devices? The representative said *No* But you need to have these devices. will need to be with Verizon for 60 days to be considered unlocked. I said ok that's fine.""" I went ahead with the trade-in. I have no clue I've been paying for these devices in the last 6 months. My bills keep increasing each month. About $315 goes to $317. I got worried and called to my notice. I told that these devices weren't on promotional or trade in credits were applied. Secondly lied I have paid about $700 plus for the buyout. This really disappointing and annoying.
