Phone Hotspot Speed

I don’t understand…

I’ve been paying for a plan that has 50 GB of high speed hot spot to any other device…

that’d the reason I chose that plan, yet there’s now an asterisk to that??? Since when does it limit my high speed hotspot to 600kbps… after 25GB is used up, out of my 50 GB plan?

I want what I paid for!
