We got a letter and an e-mail saying we would lose service if we did not upgrade our equipment. Verizon then sent a letter and an e-mail saying a new set top box and a router if their records said we needed one are no the way at no cost. When they did not arrive after almost three weeks I asked the online agent who said there is a hold on the shipment.They said we needed at least 300mbps to get a new set top box. Just as we agreed to a plan that is five dollars cheaper to what we are paying now the session timed out. The next online agent said I wound have to call the team. I called the team who said they do not know how the online agent came up with that price. I said it was mix and match he said he could mot do that . He came up with a price eight dollars cheaper still more for less, now getting gig speed. He could not do Netflix for $ 10. He could not do the Disney Hulu ESPN deal for $ 10 either . He could not do the five year price lock only two years . No $200 gift card . Then he says it is a technician required installation. He sets it up for the next day but it is going to snow so I said the day after. the technician arrives on time but no set top box,He says he has one on the truck but it is not his truck so he does not have all his stuff. So we got a box ,is it the one we were supposed to get? He did not want to put the new router were the old one was , he wants to put it in the closet with the ont. He dos not want to run a new ethernet line. So in the closet it goes. He did not do anything other than unplug the old and plug in the new. Why does the website have all these plans that are not available and the set top box that stared it all missing?
