I was a 5G home internet customer who was promised a $200 gift card if I added mobile. I added a line and bought a new device online. My receipt shows the $200 gift card and a link, but no promo code.
I reached out to customer service and after explaining the situation for hours, I finally got a code.
Unfortunately, the gift card wasn’t honored and has been rejected repeatedly. I’ve called customer service multiple times to try and get this sorted out, but I’m still stuck. I was excited to sign up for the new device and line because of the gift card, and now it’s almost my deadline to claim it, and I still haven’t gotten any resolution.
