I opened a new account & switched my mobile & home internet to Verizon from Xfinity in October . Since then I’ve spent close to 100 hours on chat , phone calls & in the corporate store with issues ! My phone went to SOS Tuesday and my eSIM was deleted ! No one could tell me why or how that happened. Rep actually told me to delete my eSIM which was not a good solution to my phone going into SOS so I said no then it was Some how deleted anyway. No one to this day has told me why it went to SOS. I no one could fix it fior 5 DAYS ! I had to go to store where those people are SALES PEOPLE NOT technical support ! It took the mgr almost 2 hours on the phone with Suoport to fix it ! Now it’s 3 days late r & im having other issues. I calked & spent 38 mins explaining , rep had me download an app so he could remotely access my phone then put me on hold to “run diagnostics “ but all he did was transfer me to someone who wanted to verify me again & me to explain everything all over again ! I hung up ! Same issue on chat You explain the issue in detail & then another chat rep comes on & wants you to explain it again! I pay almost $200 a month for ONE LINE & basic WiFi & this is the service I receive ! I am forced to tru & go back to XFINTY where the same plann cost me only $60 a month ! Their customer service is not any better so I’d hoped when I came to Verizon I’d receive much better support.. if I have to have poor customer support - I’d much rather pay $60 ! Verizon should be able to provide the best rates since most smaller companies use Verizon towers - In addition ALL devices thru Verizon cost more than other carriers & Verizon sales are terrible verses XFINTY who often has IPads for HALF price or all phone accessories HALF off ., currently even T-Mobile is offering IPads for half price !
