The Verizon business customer service has went downhill drastically. it takes some time to get through and when you do, it is always a foreign person that I have a hard time understanding I called three days in a row to try and get a problem solved and was put on hold plus or -1/2 an hour each time without any resolution. They offered my business 2 free phones, so we took them up on the offer and never received any credit to our account we called over and over with the guarantee that the credits would start the following month and they never did you were finally told after three straight days of calls this month that they would not give us credits for the phones we are now looking at all of our options with the carriers available to switch to a company that might give us better customer service. I have been a customer of Verizon for over 20 years, but I guess it must be time now to move on
