Has anyone else has problems with no rebate as promised to pay off previous phone? I was promised a rebate. It was processed within days. Expected ship date was almost a month ago but hasn’t shipped yet. I have called everyone possible at Verizon and all say everything looks good but they can’t do annything to speed it up or help at all. Old phone carrier threatening to send to collections. I would just pay for it but then if I do, what am I goi g to do with the rebate money when and if it finally comes? This is a joke
