I created a post earlier today and was told I would receive a private message (Username daviator00). Now, I cannot to log in to that account, and I had to create an entirely new community account to make this post. I attempted to reset my password but I just get the following error:
"You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.
Click your browser's Back button to continue."
This typifies the ongoing frustrations with Verizon. Do they even use the systems they create?
