Hi Verizon Support. I am reaching out because I have tried several times to get this issue resolved but have had no proper attention received for this issue.
I signed up for Verizon home internet and received the $400 Home Depot Samsung Appliance credit offer. I was told multiple times that the offer would be added to my account. After waiting several weeks (now months) the offer has not been added.
Can I please get Verizon’s assistance on this matter to get this issue resolved?
