I posted this on 2/22/2025 and a customer support agent contacted me and said they submitted a ticket and to expect an email to claim the tv offer. It is now 3/7/2025 and I have not recieved any emails or updates about the issue.

It is now May 4 and I have not heard anything back about the tv offer. I was told to wait one billings cycle since last contact. Even gave it an extra month and still nothing.
