How can I get my set top box to work. It is in a state of rebooting. White dashed lines continuously go in a circle. I have unplugged the set top box for 2 minutes twice with no resolution.
An update may have failed. Try contacting Verizon Repair and see if they can determine if that is what has happened...and...if so, resend the update.
