How to claim my $200 Visa Gift Card

I have until 2/24/25 to claim my $200 visa gift card for switching to Verizon. Only issue is when I go to my account and then notifications, it shows that I do not have any notifications. When I pull up my PDF receipt from my purchase, it shows that I have the rebate available, but it will not let me click the link. Any ideas on how I can claim this before it expires tomorrow?
