I have been waiting over 3 months for a billing error to be corrected. The amount of the error is around 900.00. I have spent HOURS on the phone with customer service. No success disappointed every time. I am always told I will see the error corrected in 3-5 days… It never happens. I am going to reach out to the BBB and see if they can help. I am literally at a breaking point with this situation.
