I signed up for Verizons fios home internet holiday promo and after 14 days on 12/30/25 claimed the Xbox series S that was promoted. After claiming I received an email with an order number and confirmation of the order being placed. The email stated I would receive another email when Xbox has shipped which is still has not. I called into customer service on 1/14/2025 and was told to wait another 28 days. I have yet to receive the xbox or the shipping confirmation email. Called in today and was told by the customer service rep that they see the order but cannot give any details. I might just cancel and go back to xfinity.
