I was told I would receive a $600 Rebate after switching 3 lines over to Verizon and buying 3 brand new phones. I haven't received it in over a year since June 2023. Every time I call I get told to wait a few months for it to go through. Today I called and got told I didn't use it so I lost it ! I NEVER GOT IT how was I supposed to lose it? Was told by customer service an email with Rebate was sent to me. I (thank God) saved all Verizon emails and asked what date it was sent and I would check but was told they would call me back on Monday. I'm over Verizon feel like going back to Tmobile.
