Can't see gift card details

I received two digital gift cards and am unable to see the gift card/pin numbers under the offers/redeemed section in account overview.

I contacted Verizon through their chat and they told me to check my email but I have nothing there. After that they gave me a phone number to contact gift card services and after waiting 2-3 days i got an email asking me for the gift card/pin numbers... which is what im asking them for.

Verizon support is useless - a huge waste of time. Anyone else having the same issue/find a way to look at the gift cards?
