Switched to Verizon back in Nov due to the deals on iphones and the $300 promo. Never got a an email on how to submit for rebate. Reached out and Verizon showed me how. Submitted in Dec and waited. Always said pending. Reached out a couple times, they said it would get taken care of. Last instance reached out a week agod and said they would look into it and two days later got an email stating that it was denied, invalid submission, didnt meet requirements. Extremely frustrated. How could i have bought my phones and signed up for the plan using the promo link on the website and it showing on my receipt/documents and it gets denied? Verizon Customer Service, can I please get some help with this?
