Switched to Verizon back in Nov due to the deals on iphones and the $300 promo. Never got a an email on how to submit for rebate. Reached out and Verizon showed me how. Submitted in Dec and waited. Always said pending. Reached out a couple times, they said it would get taken care of. Last instance reached out a week agod and said they would look into it and two days later got an email stating that it was denied, invalid submission, didnt meet requirements. Extremely frustrated. How could i have bought my phones and signed up for the plan using the promo link on the website and it showing on my receipt/documents and it gets denied? Verizon Customer Service, can I please get some help with this?

Ok, I responded to your PM less than 2 mins after you sent it and have been waiting for your response for almost 20 mins.

Well, waited 30 minutes. This seems like a way for Verizon CS to respond quickly to a complaint/issue in the forum so that on the surface it appears like you are attentive but underneath you really are not willing to address it. Sad.

Have you tried live chat while logged into your My Verizon account - make sure you ask for a live agent so you aren't stuck in a loop with an AI bot?
