Hi Everyone,
I would like to know who else has faced the below issue and if you had suggestions of how to get my money back.
It appears that the Verizon system accidentally added on a $25 charge towards home electronics protection on my bill from June 2023. I finally noticed it after 18 months and made multiple trips to the store to get this corrected. I was asked to speak with customer service which I did. The agent on a recorded line accepted that this charge was added on accidentally and only agreed to take it off in future and give me back $10 statement credit for 12 months.
I have so far been overcharged $375 and I’m being offered $120 in the future as statement credit. I feel it is unfair given that it was a system error within Verizon. I was also able to get the call id for this conversation.
Does anyone here have a suggestion on what should be my next course of action?
Thanks for your help in advance.
