3-hour Text Messaging and Still No Resolution to Samsung Free TV Promo

I cannot even express my extreme disappointment in VZ. I chose to upgrade my phone in December and selected the Samsung Free TV over the phone trade-in. I have met all the conditions to qualify for the promo and now no one knows the status. I spent 3 hours texting customer service last night and STLL no resolution.

Hello, yes, a ticket was opened and I was supposed to receive a call this morning.

I'd call or live chat with someone and ask for an update on that specific ticket number. With a lot of CS being overseas, things get lost in the shuffle.
