Chat has not been working when "other" issue is selected. The response is try later... It has been like this for days.
I have called several times, with repeated transfers on each call, and was assured that I would get a call back to no avail.
I even have a ticket number for my issue.
The issue is that I had a FIOS installation two months ago and the job was never completed. The wire still is exposed on my lawn.
