My son broke his iPhone 14 and I found out that somehow I carried no insurance at all through apple, Verizon or Best Buy, the asst we dealt with at Verizon said hey I can lower your bill 20$ a month and get the new 16 pro for your son. I said sweet let’s do it!! What he didn’t tell me was that I would lose all of my mobile hotspot. That I would have to make 2 trips back to Verizon that night because he failed to activate the new phone. And then when I turned in the obliterated phone, it said it wasn’t turned in, in the condition as agreed upon? But it was in my glovebox the whole time and was absolutely in the same condition as it was so shattered we couldn’t even power it on to wipe it?! I have pics and videos of the phone from BEFORE we met with Verizon to sort everything out? Now I’m getting charge backs? I’m so throughly confused and frustrated and feel so taken advantage of!.
