I've noticed the default settings for this channel (126 on my box) stretch the aspect ratio but still leaves the image window boxed and letter boxed. No other standard def channels look like this. My settings for the TV One box are Video Format: 1080p 16:9 and SD override is set to off. This suggest that the settings on this channel are set in the firmware. How do I bring this to Verizon's attention?
