Just an FYI, the Off Topic Lounge isn't "quick linked" in the main forums page - you have to dig around in the Discussions tab at the top of the screen to even find this part of the forums. For any questions about your Verizon services, make a thread in one of the relevant forum sections (Mobile, Home Internet, Fios, etc.).
