I've spent 2 days trying to get someone in customer service to address my problem.
I have 5 business lines @ $73 per line minus a $25 discount, so $48 / line.
I purchase a new phone (16 pro max) on the website for $750 on a 24 month contract.
Verizon took away my $25 line discount, so now I'm locked into paying an additional $25 / month for 24 months = $600.
So I'm being charged $1,350 (750+600) for a $1,100 phone. THIS IS ILLEGAL.
