Callers are hearing classical music instead of my phone ringing sine the update from hell. How do I stop this?
A ringback tone has probably been activated on your device. The default ringback tone is classical music. You can log in to My Verizon at www.verizonwireless.com and under media manage your ringback tone or turn it off
