I received an alert in December 2024 stating that my Verizon Visa Card had recently canceled and my Verizon Dollars would forfeit on March 5, 2025. I called Verizon and Verizon Visa Card/Synchrony Bank and both stated nothing was wrong with my account and I should ignore it. I checked my account on March 8, 2025 and image my surprise when it states in the My Verizon App that I do not have a Verizon Visa Card and can see if I pre-qualify but yet my cell phone bill is on auto pay for that same exact card. When I checked the Verizon Visa App it says that I indeed have Reward Dollars and when I go to click to "redeem" it takes me to apply for a card. After 3 hours of chatting, speaking to Agents, and being disconnected I don't know what to do. I am very discouraged to see that this has been happening to other for quite some time and there is still no resolution. 🤦🏾🤷🏾 #Reward Dollars #Verizon Visa Card
