Hi, was wondering if someone on here has experienced this same issue I am running into. I just switched over to Fios today. I have two boxes from Fios that were installed today, I also have two Apple TVs(one brand new and one second generation). I spent over two hours on the phone with Verizon today because the apple tv’s are connected to the internet- I put the 8 digit pin in- I get a successful connection through my phone logging into Verizon. Then the Verizon home app (on the apple tv) says I am not connected to my home WIFI….which I am. I’ve tried factory resetting my apple tv with no luck. Any help is much appreciated because I’m very frustrated
