I have been a loyal customer of Verizon for 16 years and I am over 60. A month ago I called to see what discounts Verizon could give for being a loyal customer for 16 and being Senior Citizen. I was told they could give me a $5 for autopay. If I wanted to change my plan and get less service and loose options I could get a cheaper plan. When I complained about Verizon having no loyalty for there customers I was told, they could escalate to the "Back Office Team" and they would be calling me back. I haven't been called back. I can get the same service from T-Mobile and AT&T at a better price. Verizon Won't even discuss the options and will not call a customer of 16 years back. I know very well that once I leave Verizon you will be calling me back offering great deals and more options, but you offer the great deal and the traffic options to 16 year customer. Verizon saves these great deals for new customers. They care so little about keeping me as a customer that can't even return a phone call. Your a communications company that won't communicate with it's customers.
