Feb 7 I bought a Galaxy s25ultra, traded in my s22ultra for an $800 credit. Two weeks in the new phone lost the ability to connect to RCS. after many trips to the verizon store, I decided to return the phone and exchange for another. new phone works great. but, somewhere along the way my $800 credit has disappeared. How do I get it back?
